Can’t sign in
A forgotten password, a lost phone or an address you can’t read any more
You forgot your password
Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter the address you sign in with. We email a six-digit code; enter it, then choose a new password. Every device signed in to your account is signed out, and you’re signed in again on this one.
If the email doesn’t come within a few minutes, check your spam folder and that the address is the one you signed up with. If no account uses it, we tell you so in the email.
You lost the phone with your authenticator app
On the two-step step of signing in, choose Use a recovery code and enter one of the codes you saved when you turned two-step verification on. Each code works once. A passkey works too, if you have one.
Without a recovery code or a passkey, contact support. Once we’ve confirmed it’s you, we turn two-step verification off so you can sign in and set it up again.
You can’t read your email any more
Contact support from an address you can read. We confirm it’s you, for example by calling the phone number on your account or through your organization’s owner, then send a single-use recovery link to the new address. Your account signs in with that address from then on, and the old one is told.
Google says the address already has an account
Sign in with your email and password first, then connect Google under Account → Security. We never join accounts on our own.
Still need help?
Write to vetnux support. We answer by email, and never ask for your password or codes.
