Emails about your account’s security

Why we email you when something changes, and what to do if it wasn’t you

What we tell you about

We email you when your account signs in on a device it hasn’t used before, when your password changes, when a passkey or Google is added or removed, when two-step verification is turned on or off, and when an app starts signing you in. Each email says what happened, on which device, from where and when.

Account → Security → Recent activity lists the same events.

If it wasn’t you

Reset your password from the sign-in page right away; that signs out every device. Then check Recent activity and Devices under Account → Security, disconnect apps you don’t recognize under Connected apps, and turn on two-step verification. Reply to the email or contact support if you need help.

vetnux never asks for your password, codes or recovery codes by email, chat or phone.

Still need help?

Write to vetnux support. We answer by email, and never ask for your password or codes.
