Your clinic or company in central, the people in it and what they may do
Organizations
An organization is your clinic or company, identified by its tax number, which we look up in the company registry. Create one from the switcher at the top of the sidebar. vetnux verifies that it really is the company behind the tax number before it can go live with apps.
Members and roles
Members with the permission invite colleagues from Members; the invitation is a single-use link emailed to their address. Each member has a role, and an organization’s roles and their permissions can be changed in Roles. Every change is in the organization’s Activity.
An organization can require two-step verification of everyone in it, under Organization settings → Security. Members without it can’t open the organization until they turn it on.
The owner
Each organization has one owner, who can do everything. The owner can transfer ownership to another member from Members. If the owner has left and can’t transfer it, contact support: once we’ve confirmed who should own it, we can move it.
